Under the dazzling lights of The Star in Sydney, recruitment’s finest, glammed up to cheer on the best of the Industry. Last night’s RCSA’s REC gala was a dazzler, a festival of sequins, sharp suits, spirited networking and serious celebration. It always feels so good to raise a glass to the people and businesses shaping the future of work.
With so many high-quality entries this year, competition was fierce, and the judging process (as always) was rigorous, independent, and transparent. For every name called to the stage, there were outstanding finalists who came within a whisker. Their work continues to lift the bar and push our profession forward.
“Just like in previous year’s the calibre of our 2025 nominees was phenomenal,” said RCSA CEO Charles Cameron.
“It’s inspiring to see how our industry is not just responding to change but driving it. From technology and wellbeing to inclusion and social purpose, these winners represent the best of us. They are innovative, principled, and passionate about what great recruitment can do.”
